Sub Sri Thai Real Estate Investment Trust operates as a closed-end property fund. The company is headquartered in Bangkok, Bangkok Metropolis. The company went IPO on 2017-12-26. The Trust’s objective is to support conversion of the fund and/or to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fund raising for invest in real estates or leasehold in real estate and the assets which are component parts or accessories of such real estates. The types of assets to be invested are the real estates in the type of document storage and/or warehouse including real estates, and other assets which may enhance the investment of the Trust. The Trust seeks benefits from such immovable properties, whether in the form of granting of leases, sub-leases, which the Trust has invested or held, for the purpose of generating income and returns to the Trust and the unitholders. This may include investment in other properties and/or other securities and/or deriving benefit. SST REIT Management Company Limited is a manager of the Trust.
