Axon Enterprise Inc
Investor Relations

Axon Enterprise makes technology for law enforcement and public safety. Its best-known products are TASER energy devices, body-worn cameras, in-car cameras, digital evidence management software, and related training and workflow tools. Police departments, federal agencies, correctional agencies, and some private security teams use these products to record incidents, collect evidence, and manage use-of-force situations. Axon sells hardware upfront and then earns recurring revenue from software and cloud services that store, organize, review, and share video and other evidence. That software becomes more valuable as an agency uses more cameras and records more encounters, because the evidence has to be securely managed over time. The company also sells accessories, warranties, and training tied to its core products. What makes Axon different is that it sits at the point where policing hardware meets evidence software. A customer may buy a camera from Axon, then keep paying Axon to manage the data that camera creates. That combination gives Axon a sticky business model: once an agency builds its daily work around Axon devices and software, it is harder to switch to another system.
