Stellantis NV
Investor Relations

Stellantis is one of the world’s large vehicle manufacturers. It designs, builds, and sells cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, vans, and related spare parts under brands such as Jeep, Ram, Peugeot, Fiat, Citroën, Opel, Chrysler, Dodge, and Alfa Romeo. Its main customers are everyday drivers, commercial fleets, and businesses that buy vehicles for work or delivery use. The company makes money mainly by selling new vehicles through dealer networks, plus replacement parts, servicing, and vehicle financing and leasing in some markets. After the initial sale, it also earns recurring revenue from maintenance, repairs, and genuine parts, which helps tie customers to its brand and dealer network over the life of the vehicle. What makes Stellantis different is the way it combines many well-known brands and vehicle types under one global manufacturing and distribution system. That gives it a broad reach across passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, while also making it an important middle layer in the auto industry between suppliers that make components and dealers or fleets that sell and use the finished vehicles.
