As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a number of subsidiaries, including Cairo Editore SpA, Cairo Pubblicita SpA, Cairo Publishing Srl and Il Trovatore Srl, among others. On April 30, 2013, it acquired La7 Srl from Telecom Italia Media SpA.
