The Company’s periodicals portfolio comprises such titles as Settimanale Di Piu, Di Piu Tv, Airone, Bell'Italia and For Men Magazine, among others. Through the Advertising sector, it is active in the multimedia advertising brokerage, including sale of advertising time and space on television, in print media and in stadiums. Through the Trovatore sector, the Company is involved in the operation of Internet search engine. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a number of subsidiaries, including Cairo Editore SpA, Cairo Pubblicita SpA, Cairo Publishing Srl and Il Trovatore Srl, among others. On April 30, 2013, it acquired La7 Srl from Telecom Italia Media SpA.
