Orlen SA
Orlen SA is a Polish energy company that makes and sells fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals, and electricity. Its core business is refining crude oil into products such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, then moving those products through its own supply and retail network. It also sells natural gas, power, and chemicals used by industrial customers. The company serves drivers, trucking fleets, airlines, manufacturers, utilities, and other large business and public-sector customers. It earns money by buying crude oil and other feedstocks, processing them, and selling the finished products through wholesale channels, filling stations, and long-term supply contracts. It also makes money from trading, storage, and energy sales. What makes Orlen different is that it sits in the middle of several key energy markets at once: refining, fuel distribution, gas, power, and petrochemicals. That gives it a broad role in Poland and the wider region, where it helps turn imported raw materials into the fuels and chemicals that keep transport, heating, and industry running.
