Revenue Growth: SAWsense and Translogik segments together delivered nearly 40% year-on-year revenue growth, with SAW revenue up 74% and Translogik up 13%, though total revenue fell 8% due to a sharp drop in iTrack royalty income.
Royalty Rate Hit: iTrack royalty income dropped by more than GBP 0.5 million following a 40% royalty rate reduction at the start of the year, which was a major headwind for the group.
Profit & Cash: Despite the royalty cut and higher costs, the company remained profitable and cash generative, ending the period with GBP 1.3 million cash, above its GBP 1 million headroom target.
Strong Pipeline: Management disclosed significant project pipelines in SAWsense, with several large programs across aerospace, motorsport, e-drives, and robotics offering multi-million pound annual potential.
CapEx & Liquidity: The company is continuing its CapEx program, funding it partly through an asset finance facility, and expects to maintain at least GBP 1 million cash buffer without needing to raise additional capital.
Outlook & Targets: Management expressed confidence in achieving 2030 revenue and EBIT targets in the GBP 12.5 million and GBP 4 million range, with potential upside depending on high-volume contract wins.
Market & Strategy: The group is focused on building high-value recurring revenue streams, leveraging strong customer demand and new product launches, despite some delays and onboarding challenges with large customers.
