The Company’s properties include Vista Tower, SEGi University, Selayang Mall, Dana 13, HELP University, Holiday Villa, SEGi College, Wisma Comcorp, Contraves Building, Toshiba TEC, RHF Stone Factory, Ex-Holiday Villa, and Block A & B. Vista Tower is located within the Intermark development at Jalan Tun Razak. The Intermark is located approximately 1.3 kilometers north-east of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. SEGi University is located within Taman Sains Selangor 1, an emerging high-technology industrial estate in Kota Damansara. Selayang Mall property is located within Taman Selayang Utama, a medium-sized housing scheme. Dana 13 is located within Dana 1 Commercial Centre, a commercial development.
