Perion Network Ltd
Perion Network is a digital advertising company that helps brands place ads and helps website owners, app makers, and other publishers sell ad space or traffic. It works in parts of the ad tech stack where ads are bought, placed, and measured, with a strong focus on search advertising and other performance-based formats. Its customers are advertisers, agencies, and publishers who want to turn online traffic into ad revenue or sales leads. The company makes money mainly by taking a cut of advertising spend and by sharing revenue with publishers and search partners. In practice, that means Perion helps connect advertisers with the places where ads appear, then earns fees when users click, view, or interact with those ads. It also sells tools and managed services that help customers run and optimize campaigns. What makes Perion’s business different is that it sits close to the traffic source, especially in search and publisher monetization, rather than acting only as a general ad network. That gives it a role as a middle layer between advertisers who want efficient customer acquisition and publishers who want to monetize their audience. For investors, it is best understood as an ad tech business tied to online traffic, ad demand, and the economics of digital media distribution.
