Zeta Global Holdings Corp
Zeta Global Holdings Corp sells software that helps companies find, reach, and keep customers. Its platform combines customer data, identity matching, and marketing tools so brands can target ads, send emails and messages, and measure which campaigns lead to sales. The main customers are businesses that spend on marketing, especially in consumer-facing industries like retail, financial services, travel, and media. Zeta makes money mainly by charging customers for access to its software and for the data-driven marketing services it runs for them. A client may use the platform on its own, or it may ask Zeta to help build audiences, run campaigns, and optimize results across digital channels. That mix of software and service fees gives the company a recurring-style revenue base tied to how much customers use the platform. What makes Zeta’s business different is that it sits between raw consumer data and the actual marketing message. Many marketing tools handle only one part of that job, but Zeta tries to connect identity, audience building, campaign execution, and measurement in one system. In simple terms, it helps advertisers decide who to target and then proves whether the message worked.

Beat and raise: Zeta said Q1 was its 19th consecutive beat-and-raise quarter, with revenue of $396 million, up 50% year over year, and adjusted EBITDA of $66 million, up 42%.
Athena momentum: Management said Athena was a major driver of the quarter, boosting demand, demos, and early adoption, with a 7x increase in agentic interactions in its first week of general availability.
Guidance up again: Zeta raised 2026 revenue guidance by $30 million to a midpoint of $1.785 billion and lifted adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow outlooks as well.
Consolidation wins: The company said customers are consolidating multiple vendors onto Zeta, including one marquee deal that moved a global retailer from 4 vendors to 1.
Operating leverage: Free cash flow was $41.7 million and conversion improved to 63%, while management said Marigold synergies should start helping margins in Q2 and the second half.
AI as moat: Management framed Zeta as a native AI company with proprietary data and automation tools that help it win against legacy marketing clouds, workflow vendors, and DSPs.
