F-Secure Oyj
F-Secure Oyj makes cybersecurity products for ordinary consumers and, through partners, for internet service providers and device makers. Its software helps people protect phones, computers, identities, and online accounts from malware, scams, and other digital threats. The company mainly sells security subscriptions and licenses rather than physical products. Most of F-Secure’s customers are households that buy protection directly or receive it bundled with broadband, mobile, or device plans from a partner. The company earns money when those users subscribe and renew, and when partners pay to include F-Secure’s security in their own service packages. This makes the business more recurring than a one-time software sale. What sets F-Secure apart is its role as a consumer-focused security specialist. Instead of trying to sell complex enterprise tools, it focuses on simple protection that can be distributed through telecom and hardware channels, which gives it broad reach and keeps the product easy for non-experts to use.

Growth returned: F-Secure said Q2 currency-neutral growth was roughly 10%, led by strong Embedded Security performance, especially in Tier 1.
Guidance unchanged: Management kept full-year revenue growth guidance at 7% to 12% and adjusted EBITA guidance at EUR 44 million to EUR 50 million.
Verizon ramp: The new Verizon deal is live and carries a minimum guaranteed revenue of $15 million, or about EUR 13 million, per full year of service.
New AI push: F-Secure introduced F-Secure Trust, including TrustPath and TrustGuard, as a new growth initiative around scam protection and AI trust.
Profitability plan: Costs rose in Q2 because of planned investments, but management said they do not expect major additional OpEx increases going forward.
