Pediatric expansion: PIPE financing enables additive programs for OV329 in infantile spasms and Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) with open-label signal-finding studies and potential combined pivotal Phase II/III designs.
Financing / runway: As of Dec 31, 2025 cash was "$90.4 million"; announced PIPE gross proceeds of "$60 million"; net PIPE gives runway into the second half of 2028; pro forma with potential Series A warrant exercises (triggered by OV4071 clearance) runs "well into 2029" (potential warrant proceeds greater than "$53 million").
